uGo Return Policy

1. Purpose

This policy establishes the conditions for product returns, offering store credit for future purchases instead of cash refunds.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and receive store credit, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Initiating a Return: Customers must contact TuGo’s customer service to begin the return process.
  2. Product Inspection: Once received, the product will be inspected to confirm it meets the return conditions.
  3. Issuance of Credit: If the return is approved, store credit equivalent to the value of the returned product will be issued. This credit will be applied to the customer’s account for future purchases at TuGo.

4. Use of Credit

  • Store credit issued for a return can be used on any future purchase at TuGo.
  • Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Credit must be used within one year from the date of issuance.

5. Exceptions

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
